This is how you prepare the perfect waffle:

250g of flour, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 1 packet of vanilla sugar, 1 packet of baking powder, 3 separated eggs, 125g of melted butter, 300ml of milk, rum flavouring, and a pinch of salt. Mix all the ingredients well and finally fold in the beaten egg whites. Then pour the batter into the waffle maker in batches, set the desired temperature, and cook to your liking.
