Whether it's fruits, vegetables, or herbs - the E 400 achieves a high juice yield thanks to its gentle cold-pressing process. Even potatoes can be pressed, and the pulp can be used as a mix for gnocchi. As the fruits and vegetables are cold pressed without the friction heat generated by centrifugal juicers, the vitamins and nutrients are largely preserved. Thanks to the large feed opening, fruits and vegetables only need to be roughly cut. This makes handling much easier.

The delicious juice collects automatically in the 1-litre juice jug while the dry pulp is ejected into a container. The non-slip feet ensure that this stainless steel slow juicer stays firmly in place. The device can be fully disassembled, and all removable parts can be easily cleaned in the dishwasher. The motor operates very quietly and features a 2-speed switch (forward and reverse).
