Fluted round tourtière with movable bottom, Ø 280 mm, H 25 mm. All Gobel molds are non-stick, with a two-layer brown PES coating guaranteed PFOA-free. Do not place over direct flame and bake at a maximum temperature of 250° C. Wash molds without using abrasive sponges and dry thoroughly. Do not cut inside and do not place in bain-marie.
