The compact hot air fryer Steba has a capacity of 3.5 litres, providing enough space for up to 1,000 g of delicious fried food. And the best part is that you hardly need any extra fat! Thanks to the quick and even heat distribution from hot air technology, fries, chicken nuggets, or calamari are always perfectly cooked. The temperature is infinitely adjustable from 80 °C to 190 °C, so you always have complete control.

The built-in 60-minute timer offers additional convenience. This can be used to set the cooking time for fried foods. All settings are clearly displayed on the large LED screen with touch control. A safety micro switch allows you to check the food during frying without interrupting the programme.

How does it work exactly?

In the hot air fryer, food is prepared with a flow of hot and even air. This allows you to create crispy, low-calorie dishes with very little or no oil at all.
