A dual safety switch, a lightweight carriage with hand protection and food support, anti-slip rubber feet, and a cord holder ensure a safe slicing experience and a firm grip during use.

The Steba AS 100 universal slicer can be folded (20 x 9.5 x 33 cm) and easily stored in any kitchen cupboard. This makes it suitable for use in smaller kitchens and does not permanently take up valuable workspace.
