Villa Collection Mug Styles (x2)

"2 mugs, 18 cl, stoneware. The Villa Styles stoneware service is made at Portugal by ceramists with remarkable skill and experience. All pieces are shaped and polished by hand, resulting in a beautiful, unique stoneware service with a smooth, fine surface. Reactive glaze is then applied and the stoneware is fired at 1150 degrees centigrade. The reactive glaze makes each product unique. The appearance depends on the molding, firing temperature and position in the kiln.
All glazes are created from scratch by our Portuguese manufacturer. Carefully selected glazes in exclusive, stimulating colors catch the eye. The different ranges can be mixed and matched to create a personalized ensemble. The wide range of colors means there's something for everyone, from the most colorful to the most discreet.
The factory recycles the water used for production, and the heat generated by the ceramic kilns is channeled into the rooms where the ceramics are dried, so that all gas energy is recycled. The plant makes its own clay and recycles tous residues by mixing them with new clay, and using the mixture for new products, so nothing is lost."
